- Proficiency in embedded firmware development for microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGA/PLD platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across electrical, software, mechanical, and thermal domains.
- Deep understanding of power electronics simulation, modeling, and analysis tools (PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE).
