Build and scale enterprise Trial Analytics across global trials.
Partner with Data Eng and IT to deliver decision-ready insights.
Focus on semantic modeling, KPI standardization, and analytics performance.
Collaborate with Trial Ops, Project Finance, and PMs to translate requirements into solutions.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI semantic models with DAX measures and KPIs.
Ensure metrics reflect business rules, enrollment, milestones, and financial structures.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, IS, BI, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions.
Strong expertise in DAX, Power BI semantic modeling, Power Query (M), and SQL.
Experience building analytics for executive and operational audiences.
Data modeling experience (star schema, grain management).
Preferred: clinical trials, CROs, or life sciences experience.
