Overview

Postscript is a leading SMS marketing platform for ecommerce brands, helping merchants drive revenue through targeted, personalized messaging. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with enterprise-level brands and shape the future of Postscript’s growth.

The Enterprise Account Executive Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle with enterprise customers, from prospecting and quotes to closing deals and coordinating with Customer Success for a smooth handoff. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Product to articulate value and tailor solutions to complex needs. You will forecast accurately, manage a robust pipeline, and consistently hit quarterly and annual quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify opportunities within enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product to map customer requirements to Postscript solutions
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and a strong pipeline
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales or relevant experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Proven success selling to large brands and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-moving, collaborative environment
