Postscript is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to manage billing workflows for subscription customers, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and data integrity. This role collaborates with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize revenue operations as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end billing processes for subscriptions, including invoicing, payment processing, refunds, and adjustments.
Reconcile billing data with the general ledger and financial reporting.
Monitor and resolve payment failures, disputes, and chargebacks.
Maintain clean customer billing profiles and subscription data.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to manage changes, upsells, credits, and renewals.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports on key metrics (AR, DSO, churn impact).
Drive process improvements and automation in billing workflows.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or finance for a SaaS or subscription business.
Experience with subscription billing systems and payments platforms (e.g., Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly) is a plus.
Strong data orientation with Excel and basic SQL ability; comfortable with data extraction and reconciliation.
Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts and GAAP; experience with ERP systems.
