Collaborate with engineering, support, delivery, and sales for successful outcomes.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability; participate in escalations.
Occasional after-hours, weekends, and on-call rotation support.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
15+ years of database administration, architecture, or support experience.
10+ years hands-on PostgreSQL experience in enterprise environments.
PostgreSQL performance tuning, HA/DR, replication, backups, and security.
Experience with PostgreSQL migrations from Oracle, SQL Server, or other commercial databases.
Linux system administration, scripting; Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments desirable.
