- Experience triaging downgrade/cancel requests and running save motions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and AMs.
- Data-driven with CRM hygiene in Salesforce/DealHub; capture key data points.
- Ability to propose concessions within policy to protect ARR.
