  • Design and run sales training programs for post-sales teams
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content (playbooks, assets)
  • Develop and track metrics to measure enablement impact
  • Partner with PMM, Marketing, Product for consistent field messaging
  • Lead onboarding for new post-sales hires
  • Conduct field reviews and deliver targeted coaching

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales enablement or related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales training programs
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LMS and enablement tools
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Forward thinking about AI in enablement
  • Experience with MEDDIC GTM in large orgs
