  • Design and execute sales training programs for post-sales reps.
  • Create and maintain enablement content: playbooks, battle cards, assets.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure enablement impact.

  • Lead onboarding programs for new post-sales hires.
  • Conduct field reviews and provide targeted coaching to reps.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales ops, or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales training programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LMS, and other enablement tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solver, and daily commitment to excellence.
