Post Production Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support Post Production team and external partners during absences.
• Maintain internal and external Post Production documents; track with Confluence and Airtable.
• Provide timely support to external partners on Roku delivery specs.
• Use AI to develop workflows and automations for project tracking.
• Maintain wrap deliverables in Roku Deliverables Hub; manage assets via Frame.io and AWS S3.
• Collaborate with Content Operations to review assets and ensure launch readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of post production experience in streaming.
• 3+ years as Post Production Coordinator in multiple genres.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and multi-tasker.
• Proficiency with AI, Frame.io, AWS S3, Airtable, Sharepoint, Confluence, and Office 365.
• Strong post production and project management skills.
• Ability to build strong industry relationships.
