- Manage stakeholder communications and cultural alignment during adoption
- Lead integration work streams (ops, finance, compliance, HR); monitor risks
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in fast-paced env, ideally financial services or management consulting
- High aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation, hands-on
- Experience in financial services or fund administration a plus
- Excellent project management; able to lead multiple cross-functional projects
- Strong experience in technology-driven operations and automation
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
