Configure Vault apps to meet client needs (workflows, security, fields, layouts, notifications)
Assist with Quality processes (SOPs, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, Training)
Bulk import/export of content and data
Ad hoc training for users and administrators
Analyze and deploy new product features

🎯 Requirements

Experience configuring/supporting software in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Regulated industry
Customer service or consulting experience
Ability to quickly understand client requirements and articulate solutions
Experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations
Strong organizational skills; ability to switch tasks quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
