Strategic SME for Veeva Network; align capabilities with business needs and regs.
Oversee the Network-to-CRM data interface; validate DCRs.
Own Network performance; manage technical debt and optimize environment.
Provide guardrails on match/merge logic, survivorship, and data models.
Partner with customers to evolve data governance post go-live.
Execute configuration tasks, data model updates, and audits.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Master Data Management (MDM) or Life Sciences Data Ops.
Hands-on with Veeva Network or Veeva CRM (or comparable MDM).
Experience in a customer-facing role with consulting acumen.
Ability to work remotely and maintain ~80% billable utilization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
