🎯 Requirements

5+ years in postgraduate or executive admissions, recruitment, or business development.
Understanding EMBA market and executive-level candidate motivations.
Experience building corporate/employer partnerships for recruitment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven recruitment.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (MBA or equivalent).
