📋 Description

• Lead the Post Closing team at the Arlington, TX Operations Hub.
• Oversee post-closing ops to ensure accurate, timely, compliant packages.
• Act as SME, escalation point, and people leader for SLAs.
• Directly supervise PostClosing Associates and manage workload.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Escrow, Recording, Compliance, and Ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year post-closing or recording experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Coaching, 1:1s, and feedback experience.
• ResWare experience preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
