Perform post closing duties with confidence and professionalism
Review signed closing packages for accuracy and completeness
Scan and label documents in files accurately
Ensure lender documents are returned within required timeframe
Prepare county-specific intake forms for recording
Provide proactive customer service and resolve escalations; share status updates with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of post closing and/or recording experience
Coachable and willing to learn and grow
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience using ResWare and Simplifile preferred
Able to quickly learn new tools and software
Must be a local candidate in Arlington, TX
