Build scalable tracking systems to provide actionable insights across teams.
Conduct code reviews and share knowledge within the Engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years leading complex technical projects with business impact
Hands-on iOS and Android development, including build/release workflows
Proficiency in React, React Native, Typescript, AWS
Growth strategies, experimentation frameworks, and metrics-driven decisions
Strong problem-solving skills and passion for connecting people
Experience with A/B testing frameworks (StatSig, LaunchDarkly)
