Own end-to-end roadmap and measure impact on activation, retention, revenue.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Data, Growth, Design, and Eng.
Report to the CEO; align leadership to ship high craft launches.
Build and scale the product team; hire and coach PMs, PDs, UXRs.
Drive world-class product storytelling and crisp execution.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years in product; 5+ years leading product teams.
Deep experience in consumer products or marketplaces.
Strong collaboration with Engineering, GTM, and Marketing.
Extremely metrics-oriented; data-driven decision making.
Experience with Looker, Lightdash, Tableau; SQL a bonus.
Exceptional communication and ability to inspire teams.
