- Work with hardware team to manage end-to-end repair process
- Provide second-level hardware support
- Coordinate Terminal Repair Centers across network
- Maintain and support POS terminals (Linux/Android, MPOS, Kiosk)
- Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Repairs on PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck and Topwise Terminals
- Agency banking experience is a plus
- Proficient in English; good communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
