🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years managing large-scale security, data governance, or tech transformation programs
- Experience leading security/regulatory remediation initiatives in SAFe or similar Agile frameworks
- Proven experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries (HIPAA, SOX, financial services)
- PMP required; PgMP or SAFe Agilist (SA) preferred
- Demonstrated expertise establishing portfolio governance frameworks and reporting structures
- Strong proficiency with ServiceNow as a portfolio management system of record
