- Own portfolio-level capacity planning and forecasting for all active and pipeline data center sites
- Maintain the master capacity timeline with go-live dates and milestones
- Track and communicate changes to delivery schedules and risk across the portfolio
- Partner with Development and Site Selection to align progress with forecasts
- Serve as the authoritative source for capacity updates used by Finance, Accounting, and Legal
- Build and maintain capacity models, dashboards, and leadership reporting packages
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in data center, hyperscale infra, or large-scale cloud
- Strong background in capacity planning, forecasting, and portfolio planning
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with complex models
- Experience building executive dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI
- Cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting data-driven insights to senior audiences
