Governance oversight across portfolio companies; ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Strong commercial acumen; experience managing investments and pipelines.
Pro-active senior team member with ownership and team-building ability.
Proficient in financial modelling, accounting, project mgmt, data and reporting.
Excellent communication; able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Renewable energy asset sales experience is a plus.
