Financial & Resource Analytics: Track spend, FTE allocations, vendor usage, ROI.
Planning & Intake Support: Facilitate project intake and prioritization.
Standards & Methodology Enablement: Support delivery frameworks and governance.
Data & Tooling: Maintain PMO analytics, automation, and tooling (Jira, Smartsheet).

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years in program / portfolio management, business analytics, or technology operations.
Strong analytical skills, comfort with financial and delivery data.
Ability to partner well cross-functional and influence through data.
Has operated in a Portfolio / PMO model under the Office of the CIO.
