🎯 Requirements

- 2+ years in equity and/or fixed income trading within an RIA, broker-dealer, trust company, or other financial services firm
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel preferred
- Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ownership mentality; collaborative
