Lead month-end close for the assigned portfolio of accounts.
Maintain the general ledger by recording, verifying, and consolidating transactions.
Prepare financial statements and reporting packages for stakeholders.
Reconcile bank statements and various ledgers; ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable for invoices, W-9s, and capital calls.
Collaborate with asset management, operations, legal, and auditors.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
3-5 years accounting experience; 1-3 years in portfolio/asset mgmt.
Strong understanding of GAAP standards.
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
Proficiency in Sage, TimberScan, MS-Outlook.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
