Perform porter/groundskeeper duties to keep communities clean, beautiful, welcoming.
Maintain property grounds and assist maintenance as needed.
Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm at The Union in the Nations area, Nashville.
Hourly pay starting at $17/hour with quarterly bonuses; stay-on bonus after 90 days.

Willingness to perform cleaning, light painting and housekeeping tasks.
