Political Programs Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of AnthroPAC, track contributions, and report to the Steering Committee.
• Develop and execute PAC contribution strategy with government relations leadership.
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state campaign finance laws; maintain reliable systems.
• Build and manage fundraising operations; drive participation while protecting voluntary employee contributions.
• Manage broader political giving programs, including corporate contributions and coordination with outside groups.
• Track elections and the political landscape; provide analysis to inform strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years managing a PAC or political fundraising operation
• Strong knowledge of FEC regulations and federal/state campaign finance laws
• Experience building and managing fundraising operations and meeting targets
• Understand how political contribution strategy connects to government relations and policy objectives
• Experience working with outside counsel on campaign finance compliance
• Demonstrate strong operational and organizational skills; building systems, workflows, deadlines
• Experience tracking elections and political landscape; translate into actionable recommendations
• Exposure to technology policy or AI sector political engagement
