  • Identify, pitch, and close digital ad campaigns with political and government media buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and national political agencies, PACs, and advocacy groups.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a consultative, tailored approach.
  • Represent Townsquare Ignite in meetings with SME on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local Account Executives to support and close deals in-market.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into revenue-driving recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven success exceeding sales quotas in political advertising.
  • 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience in political or advocacy media.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and uncover opportunities.
  • Proficiency in building persuasive pitch decks and supporting research to win new business.
