π― Requirements
- Proven success exceeding sales quotas in political advertising.
- 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience in political or advocacy media.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and uncover opportunities.
- Proficiency in building persuasive pitch decks and supporting research to win new business.
