Policy Specialist

📋 Description

• Own programmatic operations in a portfolio of markets (5 markets/Specialist).
• Implement and adopt programmatic activities with autonomy across markets.
• Sustain practice interest in advocacy; influence primary care legislation.
• Manage market policy operations and share knowledge with member practices.
• Engage external stakeholders across seniority, including legislators and associations.
• Travel 10-20% to support southeast markets (Raleigh, Montgomery, Little Rock).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience; Master's may substitute.
• Bachelor s degree in public policy/public health/business or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state legislative processes; interest in primary care.
• Willingness to travel to five markets 1 times annually and 3-5 events.
• Experience in value-based care (VBC) and/or primary care advocacy.
• Strong verbal/written communication; team player; detail-oriented.
