🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in policy development, trust & safety across elections; degree in related field
- Knowledge of global regulatory landscape on election integrity, platform regulation, and digital services
- Strong policy writing; translate complex risk into clear, enforceable guidelines
- Experience designing policies/workflows enabling enforcement and ML detectors
- Strong collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Policy teams
- Preferred: experience with EU institutions, AI governance, or regulatory bodies
