Develop and implement policy engagement strategy with stakeholders to represent Wolt's interests.
Represent Wolt in stakeholder interactions.
Focus on Denmark, Norway, and Iceland as main regions.
Collaborate with communications and operations to provide policy input.
Prepare briefing materials and advise leadership on policy matters.
Coordinate support from external agencies.

🎯 Requirements

At least 7 years of proven public policy/government affairs experience.
Master's degree in social sciences/law/economics or similar.
Solid experience leading engagements in policy processes.
Ability to represent the company at the highest levels of decision-making.
Fluent in Danish or Norwegian and English; additional Scandinavian language a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently.
