Policy & Governance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own audit coordination and policy infrastructure for Risk & Compliance.
• Build scalable governance processes to support sponsor bank partnerships.
• DRI for audit planning, evidence gathering, and remediation.
• Create centralized tracking for audits, policies, and governance decisions.
• Design a policy lifecycle system that is the single source of truth for docs.
• Coordinate with the Board for policy governance and approvals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in compliance, risk, or governance roles in finance/fintech.
• Direct experience coordinating regulatory, operational, and information security audits.
• Proven ability to build policy management systems and governance frameworks.
• Strong project management with multiple partner banks and concurrent audits.
• Excellent written communication for policies, SOPs, and audit responses.
• Experience cross-functional with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
