🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in senior policy leadership (public policy, product policy)
- Coaching certifications valued but not required
- Experience building policy frameworks at scale with cross-functional teams
- Experience with regulators or lobbying and external engagement
- Track record leading policy initiatives amid rapid change and global complexity
- Experience in AI policy, platform governance, or privacy a strong plus
- Passion for turning leadership into coaching and helping people grow
