📋 Description

• Identify state/local incentives and assess their economic value.
• Source, apply for and execute incentive programs (tax exemptions).
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Center Ops, and People to gather docs.
• Support discussions with State/local officials to advocate incentives.
• Advise on incentive utilization and compliance across operations.
• Build frameworks to capture incentives in US and international markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in tax with state incentives focus.
• Proven success securing government incentives.
• Strong knowledge of state/local regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience negotiating with government entities.
• Bachelor's or JD in Business, Finance, Public Policy.
• Preferred: non-U.S. tax systems (Canada, UK, EU).
