The Resource Management Office (RMO) at PointClickCare is a dynamic and collaborative group that operates primarily remotely with members from both US and Canada. The team is composed of 5 Project Resource Managers, and 1 Sr. Resource Manager who will work closely together to ensure optimal resource allocation and project alignment. Job Summary

  • Drive business success by ensuring rapid and accurate project initiation based on scope, creation and seamless handover of engagement to Project Managers, and strategically allocating necessary resources to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and leadership to evaluate, recommend, and finalize resource assignments, leveraging skillsets, previous experience, continuity with customers and availability to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Ensure a balanced workload for employees by strategically selecting resources based on capacity, supporting Project Managers with resourcing concerns, and improving processes, to prevent burnout and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular strategic meetings with delivery teams to review work prioritization and distribution, aligning resource planning with business development activities to achieve organizational goals.
  • Effectively manage resourcing conflicts within the team or across projects, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to maintain project continuity and resolve issues promptly.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Excellent organization and time management skills: Essential for managing multiple tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other PM tools: Necessary for daily operations and project management.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines: Critical for ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/initiatives: Important for managing various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills: Includes excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain processes and influence others.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with resource management: Preferably in professional services discipline
  • Experience with Salesforce and Kantata: As project management tools.
  • RMCP certification: An asset that demonstrates expertise in resource management.
  • Project Management certification (PMP/CAPM): An asset that shows proficiency in project management principles and practices.

    AtPointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package.The US base salary rangefor this position is $79,100 - $85,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined byjob and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all USlocations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experienceincluding professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
