Manage relationships with ~400 creators via scalable education and best practices.
Coordinate 2–3 creator-facing events per quarter (workshops, activations, live recordings).
Act as project manager across podcast initiatives; track timelines and deliverables.
Provide partner support for Tier 2–3 creators; optimize content and video adoption.
Collaborate with Partner Managers, Marketing, PR, Studios, and Global teams for smooth execution.
Maintain operational documentation, reporting, and workflows to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in media, digital content, partnerships, events, or project management.
Strong organizational and project management skills; manage multiple initiatives.
Comfortable working with creators and external partners.
Interest in podcasts, video, and creator culture.
Strong communicator; cross-functional collaboration and execution.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
