Support the delivery of Value Stream outcomes in line with delivery plans.
Guardian of change governance across Global and Markets.
Facilitate change control related to investment planning, scope, OKRs, features.
Ensure adherence to Change Framework, SAFe, Agile, and internal governance standards.
Drive inputs and outputs for Programme Increment (PI) Planning.
Coordinate VS / SVS ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

Proven PMO, Portfolio or Programme Governance roles within Banking.
Strong exposure to Transaction Banking, Payments, or related Banking Value Streams.
Demonstrated experience supporting PI Planning, delivery governance, financial tracking.
Strong stakeholder management across Global and Market teams.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
