- Own the consolidated revenue forecast for your portfolio, reported monthly to Finance.
- Monitor and manage team utilization across your portfolio, intervening when below target.
- Ensure PSA resource bookings are accurate, driving the PS revenue forecast.
- Identify and address revenue risk: margin erosion, scope creep, forecast slippage.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers for successful delivery.
- Define, implement, and drive adoption of PM standards, governance and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, PM, engineering, or related field required.
- 10+ years delivering enterprise software with project management success.
- 3+ years in leadership, managing remote teams across time zones.
- Proficiency with PSA platforms NetSuite OpenAir Certinia and revenue forecasting.
- Experience owning revenue forecast and managing SOWs in PS PMO.
- Strong customer focus, data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration.
