📋 Description

• Residency program to train PMHNPs in child/adolescent mental health.
• Hybrid role with in-person and telehealth at Gaithersburg clinic.
• Deliver psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary outpatient team.
• Work from the Gaithersburg, MD clinic up to 3 days a week.
• Salary range: $100,000–$112,000 USD.

🎯 Requirements

• National PMHNP certification.
• Active PMHNP license and Maryland DEA (on track).
• Master’s degree in nursing (PMHNP); recent grad or <1 year.
• Flexibility to work in person at Gaithersburg, MD up to 3 days.
• 12 of 40 weekly hours after 4 pm ET or weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a supportive clinical community.
