- Deep understanding of O2C, P2P, supply chain, and core accounting.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams and influencing priorities without direct reports.
- Strong process mindset; untangling ambiguity and designing scalable future-state workflows.
- Comfort translating between business and technical contexts.
- A bias toward durable, system-enabled solutions over manual fixes.
