Design and direct ductwork, piping, and equipment for plumbing and fire protection on assigned projects.
Supervise or provide project management direction; monitor progress and budget.
Prepare Revit/BIM models for plumbing and fire protection; HVAC modeling as needed.
Edit specifications for new or existing projects.
Specify boilers, chillers, and air handling units.
Review shop drawings for compliance with specifications.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering; ABET preferred.
6+ years of related engineering experience.
Current CPD, PE or FPE in the United States preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Experience with Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple projects.
