- Assist Revit/BIM modeling of piping and FP drawings through construction phases.
- Coordinate with specifications as a design team member.
- Draft reports to be reviewed by a senior engineer.
- Review submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance.
- May perform site visits to verify conditions and observe construction.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering required by hire date.
- Knowledge of heat transfer, solar energy and fluid dynamics in FP/HVAC design.
- EIT and LEED accreditation preferred.
- Related student internship experience preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Experience with design software (Revit, Trane Trace, Trane 3D Plus) preferred.
