Plumbing / Fire Protection Engineer III

📋 Description

• Design ductwork, piping, and equipment for plumbing and fire protection.
• Supervise or direct mechanical work; monitor progress and budget.
• Prepare Revit/BIM models for plumbing, fire protection, HVAC.
• Review shop drawings; respond to RFIs and changes.
• Coordinate with clients and project team; site visits as needed.
• Remote within the U.S.; preferred locations listed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of related experience.
• Current PE or FPE in the United States.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong working knowledge with potential for higher level growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Revit, Trane Trace, or Trane 3D Plus.
