Plumbing / Fire Protection Designer III

📋 Description

• Design and direct plumbing and fire protection systems, incl. piping.
• Lead mechanical projects: supervise progress and budgets.
• Create Revit/BIM models for plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC.
• Specify equipment (boilers, chillers, AHUs) and review shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams; attend OAC meetings.
• Research issues, respond to RFIs and change orders; conduct site visits.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field required.
• 6+ years of related experience required.
• CPD, PE or FPE in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Revit, BIM and engineering design software.
