Own and administer PLM environment (SolidWorks PDM and CustomTools)
Manage product data structures, BOMs, doc control, and engineering change
Lead PLM/CAD system upgrades, migrations, integrations
Create 3D part models and assemblies in SolidWorks; generate 2D drawings with GD&T
Collaborate with Hardware Engineers to translate design into release-ready docs and support ERP integration with PLM

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field
3+ years with PLM and CAD systems
Hands-on admin of SolidWorks PDM
Strong understanding of product development processes and engineering change management
CAD data management and file structures; knowledge of database concepts; SQL preferred
Experience with ERP system integration (SAP, Odoo)
