🎯 Requirements

  • 5–10 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or GTM Ops in SaaS/B2B
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM models and lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling GTM systems, workflows, and automation
  • Data-driven; build root-cause business cases to influence outcomes
  • Experience running high-velocity GTM initiatives (AI tooling optional)
  • Comfort between strategy and hands-on build; strong cross-functional comms
