PLC Maintenance Technician (night shift)

📋 Description

• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC controls on packaging and processing lines.
• Assist in controls/automation interface testing, data retrieval and training.
• Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs.
• Provide project engineering support for process areas.
• Support capital projects and maintain documentation control.
• Work around moving machines, mixers, conveyors, and forklifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Troubleshoot and maintain Allen-Bradley MicroLogix and ControlLogix hardware.
• Program PLCs using RSLogix5, RSLogix500 and RSLogix5000 software.
• Implement and troubleshoot Ethernet, Remote I/O and DeviceNet networks.
• Read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and PFDs.
• Perform PID loop tuning and instrument calibration.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
