• Own alerts, checks, and issue escalation like it’s second nature

• Spin up and ship infra with Terraform, EKS, Helm or FluxCD

• Create proactive monitors - not just after the incident

• Build self-healing, auto-scaling systems that let others sleep better

• Investigate, document, automate, repeat

• Help others ship - without breaking stuff

• Stay close to production, but not reactive to it

• Leave the system healthier every day you touch it

🧩 What You Bring

• Actually know Kubernetes inside out

• Have used Terraform, Helm, and GitOps in real systems

• Know how incidents happen - and how to stop them from recurring

• Have worked with EKS, AWS, CI/CD, and monitoring stacks (DataDog, Prometheus, etc.)

• Can debug a system, write a script, trace a log, and spot a flaky alert

• Communicate like a human, not a ticket

• Own problems like they have your name on them

• Push for better even when nobody asks
