We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join Playson’s Marketing team. This role plays a key part in driving the visibility, positioning, and performance of our games, features, and promotional tools across multiple markets and partner networks.

Working at the intersection of Product, Platform, Sales, and Account Management, you will coordinate marketing initiatives that strengthen Playson’s product identity.

The ideal candidate will combine strong expertise in slot games and the online casino market with conceptual creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.

At Playson, we expect full ownership of the assigned role, a product-first mindset, and the ability to build a narrative that highlights the strongest and most unique aspects of our games from the player’s perspective.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Platform, Promo, Account, and Sales teams to maximise the visibility and impact of Playson games, features, and promotional tools.

  • Develop and maintain internal and external promotional materials, including launch campaigns, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, website content, sales decks, and promotional presentations.

  • Strategically plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, assets, and PR initiatives across multiple media channels to ensure cohesive product communication.

  • Support the production and optimisation of sales and marketing collateral that effectively communicates product value and technical excellence to partners.

  • Work with designers, animators, and external partners to produce creative content that reflects Playson’s brand standards and enhances partner engagement.

  • Analyse campaign effectiveness, partner engagement, and promotional results through internal analytical tools and performance dashboards.

  • Improve processes, communication flows, and promotional strategies that drive growth and strengthen Playson’s market presence.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in the online casino industry for at least 2 years, and a solid understanding of how online slot games and operators function.

  • Tech-savvy individual comfortable working with analytical platforms, reporting dashboards, and testing environments.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of managing input from multiple teams and aligning all stakeholders around shared objectives.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, able to create and refine marketing copy with precision and clarity

  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling diverse challenges and fast-paced projects.

  • A creative and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for gaming, innovation, and teamwork.
