- Host scheduled and ad-hoc calls with customer accounts about their Agiloft system.
- Serve as conduit between customers and internal Agiloft teams to escalate issues.
- Manage communications for assigned accounts via tickets and email.
- Collaborate with engineering and leadership to resolve escalations.
- Own high-priority and escalated cases; assist with other tickets.
- Maintain knowledge of accounts, contacts, and workflows to improve support.
π― Requirements
- Knowledge of Agiloft implementations and integrations (DocuSign, Active Directory, MFA, APIs)
- Proficiency with the Agiloft product upgrade process.
- 1-2 years TSE1 experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate tense customer situations
- Understanding of Agiloftβs internal teams and ability to build relationships
