  • Host scheduled and ad-hoc calls with customer accounts about their Agiloft system.
  • Serve as conduit between customers and internal Agiloft teams to escalate issues.
  • Manage communications for assigned accounts via tickets and email.
  • Collaborate with engineering and leadership to resolve escalations.
  • Own high-priority and escalated cases; assist with other tickets.
  • Maintain knowledge of accounts, contacts, and workflows to improve support.

🎯 Requirements

  • Knowledge of Agiloft implementations and integrations (DocuSign, Active Directory, MFA, APIs)
  • Proficiency with the Agiloft product upgrade process.
  • 1-2 years TSE1 experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to de-escalate tense customer situations
  • Understanding of Agiloft’s internal teams and ability to build relationships
