Support cloud operations and ensure 24/7 availability of multi-cloud JFrog SAAS services
Analyze events, troubleshoot and drive incident response to resolution
Build and maintain SOPs and knowledge for monitoring and automation
Collaborate with SRE/Production and Cloud engineering on SAAS improvements

🎯 Requirements

1+ years as a Cloud-Ops/NOC engineer or Linux sysadmin
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes workloads
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic, Elastic)
Experience with automation (Jenkins, Python, Shell scripting)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
